From whence cometh my help

I lift my eyes to the hills.

After a winter of weights and trainers and odd weather and work... climbing felt like a treat. And descending, too.

The Smokies were beautiful and quiet. Clean and peaceful.

I also got a chance to ask a myriad of all those little bitty bike questions that have collected in the corners of my mind but that I've never had a chance to ask.

I'm back to the office today--grateful for the peace that comes with honest fatigue. And committed to working the hardest part of my training. I really needed help with this. Thanks, Paul.
